Director, Institutional Giving

• Lead and evolve Shatterproof's institutional fundraising strategy, focusing on foundation and grant-based revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional funding opportunities aligned to organizational priorities.
• Develop compelling grant proposals, reports, and stewardship materials, and manage funder relationships.
• Track proposal deadlines, reporting requirements, pipeline movement, and revenue forecasting.

This role directly supports Shatterproof's mission to end the addiction crisis by securing critical funding for evidence-based programs, advocacy, and public education, thereby transforming systems and saving lives.

• 5–8+ years of institutional fundraising, foundation relations, or grant strategy experience.
• Demonstrated success securing five- and six-figure grants and institutional partnerships.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems preferred.
