Senior Manager, Community Relations

• Develop and execute strategic community engagement and communications plans to support the development of solar, energy storage, and other clean energy projects across the United States.
• Work closely with the development team and travel for in-person hearings, permitting meetings, open houses, and landowner engagements.
• Manage project-specific budgets, identify key stakeholders, and mitigate opposition risks to facilitate project success.

This role facilitates the development of renewable energy projects, contributing to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions that strengthen local economies and advance U.S. energy independence.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in community relations, economic development, or grassroots organizing.
• Experience in renewables is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including AP Style.
