Senior LLM Researcher

Apply large language models to accelerate forecasting research and advance the science of LLM-based forecasting for policymakers.
- Manage one or more research projects from design through implementation, coordinating research analysts and assistants to meet deadlines.
- Build LLM tools to identify high-quality forecasting rationales, synthesize expert reasoning, and augment adversarial collaborations on contested topics.
- Conduct scientific studies comparing LLM and human forecasting effectiveness, including value-of-information assessments and conditional forecasting benchmarks.
- Plan data collection and analysis workflows, interpret results, and coordinate writing of research reports and academic papers.
- Requires strong Python coding skills, quantitative forecasting familiarity, excellent project management, and clear written and verbal communication.
