Senior Learning Officer

Lead learning strategy, curriculum design, and teacher training programmes to strengthen literacy and numeracy outcomes across Kenya's public education system.
- Design and oversee blended learning approaches, training models, and instructional materials aligned with Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum and structured pedagogy.
- Lead pilot programmes to test and refine learning interventions; analyse data to generate actionable insights and inform programme improvements.
- Strengthen coaching frameworks, conduct capacity assessments, and deliver Master Trainer training across implementation cascades.
- Requires Bachelor's in Education plus 6+ years in programme design and 5+ years in teacher training or instructional leadership.
- Requires deep understanding of Kenya's CBC implementation and proven expertise in adult learning and capacity development.
