Job description
- Initiate and manage relationships with landowners to secure long-term land agreements for renewable project development.
- Negotiate and secure land agreements, including leases, purchases, and easements, to support project development pipeline goals.
- Mentor and train Land Agents, developing curriculum and assisting with onboarding.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain relationships with local officials and stakeholders throughout the land acquisition process.

What makes you a great fit
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, JD, or MBA in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in land leasing/acquisition activities.
- Proven sales, account acquisition, and account management experience.
- Expert contract drafter and negotiator with expert-level knowledge of land, legal, and negotiation principles.
