What you will drive
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues across hardware, software, identity, and network services.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact incidents.
- Mentor and guide junior IT support staff, and manage Service Desk workflows, documentation, and reporting.
- Support and maintain enterprise endpoint and collaboration services, and administer identity and access services.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with typically 4โ6+ years in IT support/systems/endpoint engineering.
- Advanced Windows/Microsoft 365 and endpoint troubleshooting skills; working knowledge of identity/access (AD/Azure AD/Entra), configuration baselines, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiโFi).
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change/knowledge practices and ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to mentor others and work independently.
