Senior Grant Writer

• Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables (LOI, grant proposals, reports, concept papers) per client.
• Identify new funding prospects aligned to client strategy and produce detailed research summaries.
• Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings and internal team check-ins.
• Contribute positively to Elevate's culture and community through meetings and internal working groups.

This role supports nearly 100 nonprofit organizations in securing funding for a wide variety of social change issues, enabling them to expand their impact and serve their communities effectively.

• At least 4 years of comparable experience in grant writing and proposal development.
• Strong skills in information processing, timeliness, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Exemplary writing skills and fundraising/nonprofit expertise.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.

Annual salary of $62,500 (non-negotiable).
