Senior Finance Consultant

• Manage a team of 2-4 direct reports and drive projects to completion, including reviewing work and conducting annual reviews.
• Deliver excellent client service through ongoing communication and analysis of client needs, handling multiple time-sensitive priorities with GAAP and nonprofit accounting expertise.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple arts nonprofit clients.

This role empowers nonprofit arts organizations to focus on their mission by providing stable, efficient, and reliable financial management, thereby strengthening the cultural sector and ensuring long-term fiscal health.

• 10+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, preferably in the arts sector.
• Extensive experience leading a finance department and managing all aspects of financial operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build external relationships via virtual channels.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.

Salary: $90,000-130,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, long and short-term disability, company-paid life insurance, 401k with company match, flexible spending account, and paid time off. Fully remote position within US Eastern time zone.
