Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a team of 2-4 direct reports and drive projects to completion, including reviewing work and conducting annual reviews.
  • Deliver excellent client service through ongoing communication and analysis of client needs, handling multiple time-sensitive priorities with GAAP and nonprofit accounting expertise.
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple arts nonprofit clients.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, preferably in the arts sector.
  • Extensive experience leading a finance department and managing all aspects of financial operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build external relationships via virtual channels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
