Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a team of 2-4 direct reports and drive projects to completion, including reviewing work and conducting annual reviews.
- Deliver excellent client service through ongoing communication and analysis of client needs, handling multiple time-sensitive priorities with GAAP and nonprofit accounting expertise.
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple arts nonprofit clients.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, preferably in the arts sector.
- Extensive experience leading a finance department and managing all aspects of financial operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build external relationships via virtual channels.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
