Senior Finance Associate

• Support monthly closing processes, including payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Review and process accounts payable, reimbursement requests, and accounts receivable.
• Calculate monthly staff time allocations and update leave tracking.
• Support audit and tax preparation, ensuring records are complete and accurate.

This role ensures the financial health and sustainability of ParentsTogether, enabling the organization to continue reaching millions of parents with trusted resources and advocacy that help families thrive.

• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience (nonprofit background a plus).
• Proficient understanding of finance and accounting principles, including AP, AR, and GAAP.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
