Senior Engineering Manager

• Lead the engineering team in developing and executing distributed generation solar and storage projects, including commercial & industrial, small-scale utility, community solar, and landfill projects.
• Oversee end-to-end technical design and engineering processes, manage team workflows, and support construction management.
• Conduct performance assessments, manage resource allocation, and deliver training initiatives to drive team efficiency.

This role accelerates the deployment of renewable energy solutions that provide energy cost savings, job opportunities, and workforce training for working-class communities, creating positive social and environmental impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
• 5-8+ years of experience in engineering in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Expertise in solar plant equipment (PV modules, racking systems, inverters, electrical balance of plants).
• Proficiency with PVSyst, SAM, AutoCAD, PVcase, ArcGIS, Helioscope, or Aurora Solar is a plus.

Annual base salary: $140,000 – $180,000. Benefits include medical, 401(k), professional development, competitive paid time off, and work flexibility. Great Place to Work Certified.
