What you will drive

  • Lead the engineering team in developing and executing distributed generation solar and storage projects, including commercial & industrial, small-scale utility, community solar, and landfill projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end technical design and engineering processes, manage team workflows, and support construction management.
  • Conduct performance assessments, manage resource allocation, and deliver training initiatives to drive team efficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
  • 5-8+ years of experience in engineering in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Expertise in solar plant equipment (PV modules, racking systems, inverters, electrical balance of plants).
  • Proficiency with PVSyst, SAM, AutoCAD, PVcase, ArcGIS, Helioscope, or Aurora Solar is a plus.
