Senior Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to generation, large load, and merchant transmission developers, helping them navigate MISO and SPP's evolving interconnection landscape.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute EPE's growth strategy across MISO, SPP, and beyond, including leading proposal and RFP development efforts.

This role directly contributes to the modernization and resilience of the electric grid by accelerating the interconnection of renewable energy projects, thereby supporting the transition to a cleaner energy future.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the electric energy industry.
• Proven ability to connect technical deliverables with client needs and commercial strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence and make decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong understanding of MISO, SPP, and utility interconnection requirements and regulatory frameworks.
