Senior Distribution Design Manager

• Direct multiple design teams executing projects for multiple utility clients.
• Develop and coach engineering talent, oversee staff performance and workload.
• Drive business growth through RFP responses, client relationship management, and proposal creation.
• Ensure quality control and continuous improvement of design processes and tools.

This role shapes the grid of the future by leading the design of reliable and resilient distribution systems, supporting the transition to renewable energy and modernizing infrastructure for communities.

• 7 to 10+ years experience in Distribution Design with complex overhead and underground designs.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; PE license required.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools; experience with AI and automation tools.
• Prior leadership experience and strong client communication skills.
