Senior Director, Partner Solutions Finance

• Serve as senior finance lead for assigned partner organizations, providing strategic financial guidance to Fund Presidents, executive leaders, and Fund boards.
• Oversee financial operations, compliance, audits, tax filings, and treasury management for partner nonprofit funds.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team, driving continuous improvement in systems, controls, and client service.

This role ensures the financial integrity and operational efficiency of mission-driven nonprofit funds, enabling them to focus on creating positive social change.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10-12+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting/finance functions.
• CPA required; experience in public accounting and supporting non-profit organizations or complex multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
• Five or more years of experience managing a team.
