Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the strategic alignment of the organization to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, developing and maintaining a robust policy library and ensuring operational procedures map to compliance standards.
  • Oversee the Cyber Security Incident Response Plan (CSIRP), design tabletop exercises, and coordinate global response to security events.
  • Direct global security awareness and phishing simulation programs, using real-world threat data to customize training and drive behavioral change.
  • Act as Incident Commander during critical security events, directing technical response, performing root cause analysis, and authoring post-incident executive briefings.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering, including at least 4 years leading cybersecurity programs, security architecture, or security operations at the organizational or regional level.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer and network systems, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM.
  • At least one advanced Information Security Certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an enterprise-level cybersecurity environment and ability to work across multiple time zones.
