Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive individual giving strategy encompassing major gifts, mid-level giving, planned giving, and annual giving to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of 75–125 major gift donors and prospects, securing five- and six-figure gifts through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Build and launch a planned giving program, including donor identification and promotion of gift vehicles such as bequests, charitable gift annuities, and donor-advised funds.
  • Partner with the Chief Development Officer and senior leadership to engage donors, prepare briefings, and advance high-priority relationships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with a focus on individual giving, major gifts, and/or planned giving.
  • Proven track record of personally securing five- and six-figure gifts from individual donors.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team with a commitment to developing others.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or equivalent) for portfolio management and reporting.
