Senior Director, Hardware & City Tech Product

• Define the multi-year product strategy for next-generation vehicle platforms and future mobility modes.
• Lead a team of Product Leaders across specialized workstreams including Next-Gen Vehicle Platforms, Fleet Upgrades, TCO reduction, and City Technologies.
• Oversee global technology pilots, ensuring new vehicle tech is vetted in real-world environments before scaling.
• Partner with engineering, government relations, operations, and finance to align product roadmap with business objectives.

This role drives the development of shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation solutions, reducing car ownership and urban emissions. By leading hardware and city tech innovation, you enable cities to adopt sustainable micromobility and improve urban mobility equity.

• Extensive experience managing and scaling product management teams in a fast-paced environment; proven leader of leaders.
• Proven track record of leading product management for complex integrated hardware/software products (IoT, embedded SW, Computer Vision).
• Experience presenting technical products to external stakeholders, regulators, or government officials.
• Strong financial competency and ability to deep-dive into financial analysis and modeling.
