What you will drive
Lead CHAI's global tuberculosis program across 13 countries, setting strategic direction and driving large-scale impact in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
- Define TB portfolio strategy, manage multi-year budgets and performance systems, and champion government-led program models for sustainable scale.
- Lead resource mobilization, secure major donor funding, and manage relationships with Global Fund, Gates, Unitaid, and bilateral partners.
- Provide technical leadership on diagnostics, treatment, prevention, and service delivery; drive operational research and learning agenda.
- Represent CHAI at ministerial and donor forums; build trusted relationships across multilateral organizations, governments, and civil society.
- Requires 12+ years progressive leadership in global health with demonstrated TB expertise and track record of public health impact in low-income countries.
