Senior Director, European Advocacy

• Lead the development and execution of CATF's pan-European policy advocacy strategy, aligning regional priorities with global goals.
• Serve on the senior leadership team to align priorities, resources, and investments across the organization.
• Develop and empower a high-performing, geographically distributed team of policy experts and consultants.
• Lead regional fundraising in partnership with the Development team, accountable for revenue growth and donor engagement.

This role shapes climate policy and accelerates practical climate solutions across Europe, driving emissions reduction and energy system transformation to safeguard against the worst impacts of climate change.

• Significant senior leadership experience, including at least 10 years of progressive experience in management, strategy, policy, advocacy, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of European energy and climate policy, political dynamics, and private sector engagement.
• At least 6 years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams across cultures, locations, or disciplines.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external audiences at senior levels.
