Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and lead a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and campaign priorities, including digital organizing, advocacy, fundraising, and brand visibility.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional digital team of 5+ professionals, fostering a culture of responsiveness and accountability.
- Oversee digital operations including web, email, SMS, digital advertising, and content creation to drive audience growth, engagement, and measurable impact.
- Lead integrated digital campaigns supporting legislative, electoral, and brand goals, integrating distributed and relational organizing tools.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy in politics, advocacy, or organizing with a proven track record of leading successful digital campaigns.
- Deep familiarity with tools such as EveryAction, Salesforce, WordPress, Mobilize, SMS platforms, and ad platforms; ability to work directly in tools for segmentation, QA, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent management skills leading diverse, high-performing teams; strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, language justice, disability justice, and organizing communities with barriers to tech access; Spanish language skills a plus.
