What you will drive
- Design and deploy sophisticated acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Help clients understand approach and results in the context of their broader cross-channel digital marketing program.
- Design innovative advertising campaigns to achieve donor acquisition and advertising goals with a focus on long-term fundraising success.
- Analyze performance data to explain the 'why' behind results and ensure alignment with client mission.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex paid media portfolios in a high-growth startup, major agency, or political organization.
- Product Manager approach to ads, caring about post-click experience and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency using Excel.
- Extensive experience with backend of ad managers and obsession with optimization.
