Account Associate (Entry Level/Remote/DC Area)

• Provide comprehensive support to Account Executives, Strategists, and Partners including client proposals, budgets, pricing, script writing, and reporting.
• Research and track political campaigns, advocacy efforts, and organizations to maintain up-to-date client research.
• Support content marketing strategy and attend in-person networking events in the DC area.
• Manage CRM database, answer phone calls, take meeting notes, and provide administrative support.

This role supports progressive political campaigns and advocacy organizations, helping them engage voters and drive action through effective phone campaigns, thereby contributing to meaningful political and social change.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Mac OS X, and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to write concisely and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and vendors; self-starter attitude.

Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Remote position with preference for DC-area candidates. Meals and travel expenses covered for work outside regular hours. Opportunity to work on impactful political campaigns.
