Development Associate/Senior Associate

• Maintain accurate gift-tracking and reporting processes, ensuring grant agreements and reporting timelines are tracked and executed.
• Draft grant reports by compiling program updates and impact data for funders.
• Support principal call time by researching prospects and preparing briefing materials.
• Manage projects to improve team effectiveness and run established automations for donor outreach.

This role helps progressive candidates and organizations win elections and build power by ensuring effective fundraising operations, enabling the team to stop fascism and advance progressive causes.

• Strong attention to detail, especially with written communications, data entry, and spreadsheet work.
• Prior experience in fundraising, development, or grants environment (1+ year for Associate, 3+ years for Senior Associate).
• Comfort working in a CRM (EveryAction or similar) or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for day-to-day tasks.

Annual salary of $60,000-$70,000 (Associate) or $70,000-$80,000 (Senior Associate), a $5,000 end of cycle bonus, and a worklife stipend of $1,875 in pre-tax dollars. Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching. Remote-first culture.
