Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the organization's strategic planning and national growth, ensuring programs align with the mission and values of 4A Arts.
- Expand the Organizing for the Arts (O4A) initiative and partnerships with State Arts Advocacy Organizations (SAAOs).
- Lead fundraising and development strategy, cultivating relationships with donors, foundations, sponsors, and institutional funders.
- Serve as the primary public spokesperson, advocating for the social, civic, educational, and economic value of arts and culture.

What makes you a great fit
- Ten or more years of senior leadership experience within nonprofit, cultural, advocacy, membership, philanthropic, or public-sector organizations.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, institutional development, and strategic partnership building.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, financial management, and organizational leadership.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and public communication skills; demonstrated commitment to arts and cultural advocacy.
