Senior Development Manager

• Manage development strategy, process, and project management for the Global Industry Hub, including funder stewardship and prospect acquisition.
• Coordinate with Program and Finance teams to track grant activities, outcomes, and expenses.
• Prepare contact reports, funding pipeline reports, and support development events and communications.

This role accelerates the decarbonization of heavy industry by mobilizing philanthropic capital toward high-impact opportunities in steel, cement, and chemicals, contributing to a net-zero economy.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced development/fundraising role.
• Explicit experience managing a portfolio of high-value individual and institutional funders.
• Demonstrated success in proposal/grant-writing and excellent communication skills.

ClimateWorks offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. For US-based positions: Tier 1 (SF Bay Area/NYC): $130,000-$140,000; Tier 2 (Other US locations): $120,000-$130,000. Geographic differential applied based on location.
