Mission
What you will drive
- Manage development strategy, process, and project management for the Global Industry Hub, including funder stewardship and prospect acquisition.
- Coordinate with Program and Finance teams to track grant activities, review awards, and report on expenses.
- Prepare contact reports, pipeline reports, and support budget reporting for development activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of development/fundraising experience.
- Proven success in proposal/grant-writing and managing a portfolio of high-value funders.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; experience with fundraising databases (Salesforce a plus).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; commitment to ClimateWorks' mission and DEI.

Salary range: Tier 1 (SF Bay Area/NYC) $130,000-$140,000; Tier 2 (Other US locations) $120,000-$130,000.
