Senior Data Engineer

Data engineering roles building scalable systems for progressive voter targeting, engagement, and experimental research at scale.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and orchestration layers for RCT platforms and voter datasets serving hundreds of partner organizations.
- Optimize systems for cost, runtime, and reliability during high-volume election cycles with millions of concurrent outreach attempts.
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple systems; mentor teammates through code review and documentation.
- Requires 3+ years data engineering experience with production systems, SQL, and Python or equivalent languages.
- Fully remote; six-month initial term with on-call rotation including evenings and weekends during election cycles.
