Senior Data Analyst

• Lead Design for Reliability projects, applying reliability methods (DOE, Weibull analysis, RBD, etc.) to improve high voltage products over their life cycle.
• Develop reliability monitoring approaches based on experimental results, numerical simulations, and technical literature; define failure data collection and deploy IT governance processes.
• Support development of automated AI tools by structuring data, defining outcomes, and validating results.
• Build tools to analyze data from existing databases (SAP, Digital Passport System) and implement customized reliability analysis methods.

This role ensures the reliability and safety of high voltage electrical products, reducing failures and improving energy infrastructure sustainability, which contributes to a more reliable and efficient energy grid.

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in statistical evaluation and reliability field.
• Proficient in Python, Power BI, Open AI tools, and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with risk assessment methods like FMEA, HAZOP, Bow-Tie is a plus.
