What you will drive

  • Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and demonstrate the platform's value to senior management.
  • Develop multi-level relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
  • Advocate for customers internally and work with Sales to manage renewal opportunities and achieve retention targets.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a plus.
