What you will drive
- Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and demonstrate the platform's value to senior management.
- Develop multi-level relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
- Advocate for customers internally and work with Sales to manage renewal opportunities and achieve retention targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
- Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
- Working knowledge of Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a plus.
