Senior Consultant – India Research and Analysis

• Lead the production and delivery of short-form client deliverables (research notes, briefing decks, email alerts) and contribute to longer-form research outputs on India-related topics.
• Design, conduct, and oversee rigorous economic and policy analysis tailored to corporate audiences.
• Engage with clients to understand business questions, clarify scope, and refine deliverables.
• Contribute subject-matter expertise on India’s economy, trade, geopolitics, industrial policy, and supply chain diversification.

This role helps corporate clients navigate India’s complex economic and policy landscape, enabling informed decisions that can drive sustainable investment and trade, ultimately contributing to economic development and global stability.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in international economics, international affairs, political science, law, Asian studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience performing research on India for decision-makers in government, business, or think tanks.
• Demonstrated understanding of India’s economy, macroeconomic policies, trade, investment, geopolitical dynamics, technology and industrial policy, and supply chain diversification.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel and economic databases (CEIC, WIND, Bloomberg Terminal); R or Python a plus.
