Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the end-to-end application of behavioural science to diagnose problems, design interventions, and measure results for a new digital product launch in the KSA market.
- Conduct qualitative research (interviews, observation) to understand barriers and triggers, map user journeys, and synthesize findings into problem statements, segments, and personas.
- Design and run test/control experiments, pilot interventions, and validate statistical significance to prove impact.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Project Manager, and present findings to clients.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Background in behavioral science, behavioral economics, or psychology with hands-on experience designing and running real-world interventions.
- Proficient in experimentation and measurement: baseline, sample sizing, significance testing, and clear communication of results.
- Skilled in applied qualitative research (interviews, observation) and translating insights into problem statements, segments, and personas.
- Client-facing seniority with ability to lead partner touchpoints, defend methodology, and mentor others; fluency in Arabic and English, and familiarity with KSA/Gulf market.
