Senior Communications Officer, Editorial and Production

Lead editorial quality and production of GiveWell's communications, setting standards and building systems to scale content operations.
- Own end-to-end editorial quality, production workflows, and publishing systems for all GiveWell communications.
- Personally create, edit, or shape complex, sensitive, high-priority content on global health research and grantmaking.
- Build and manage a small team; develop people, establish editorial standards, and grow the function over time.
- Requires 10+ years leading editorial and content-production work, managing writers and editors, and building high-quality systems.
- Requires exceptional judgment on complex ideas, precision editing of technical content, and hands-on excellence in communications.
