Senior Commissioning Engineer (Remote)

• Lead and support testing, commissioning, and initial energization of utility-scale HV substations, BESS, and PV facilities.
• Serve as the senior technical authority for commissioning engineering activities, resolving complex technical issues.
• Develop and review energization procedures, commissioning plans, and technical deliverables.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Commissioning Engineers.

This role ensures the safe and reliable energization of renewable energy infrastructure, directly contributing to the expansion of clean energy and grid stability.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in testing, commissioning, and energization of utility-scale HV, BESS, or PV facilities.
• Minimum 5 years leading commissioning on complex projects and performing high-voltage switching operations.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.
• Expertise in power system protection, control systems, relay testing, and power quality.
• PE license or ability to obtain; NETA certification preferred.
