Mission
What you will drive
- Grow client accounts and sell the full suite of water and wastewater consulting services to public/municipal clients in the Midwest region.
- Develop and lead high-performing client service teams, driving revenue growth with project sizes from $500K to $3M.
- Provide consultation, assist with proposals and presentations, negotiate terms, and maintain account relationships.
- Identify opportunities early, attend conferences, and coach junior account management team members.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in execution and management in the marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience selling into multiple executive and plant-level functions within public sector clients.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the business development cycle in consulting.
