Senior Campaigner – Germany

• Develop and implement effective campaigns to push back against the far-right in Germany and promote a just, democratic, and livable future.
• Shape digital narratives via social media, creators, and digital communities to mobilize public support.
• Conduct advocacy with decision-makers, build alliances with civil society, and manage media relations.
• Drive digital mobilization, accompany events, and collaborate internationally with Avaaz teams.

This role directly counters the rise of the far-right in Germany, mobilizing millions for a more just, democratic, and sustainable future, and strengthens civil society alliances to amplify progressive change.

• Previous experience in political campaigning, strategic communication, or advocacy in Germany or Europe.
• Strong digital reach and social media skills to convert attention into mobilization.
• Excellent networks in politics, media, and civil society, or ability to build them quickly.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; resilience and self-management under pressure.

Remote position within Germany; 6-month contract with possibility to extend; full-time. Compensation details not specified.
