Senior Campaign Coordinator

• Design and implement comprehensive organizing and affiliation plans in collaboration with Local Union Organizing Directors.
• Manage multi-component campaigns covering large geographic areas, industries, markets, or communities.
• Direct and manage campaign teams, including establishing structures, roles, and accountability systems.
• Oversee campaign budgets, data management, and digital strategies to achieve campaign goals.

This role advances worker power and collective action, helping to uproot structural racism and build a just society where all workers are valued and respected.

• Minimum of 7 years of external labor organizing experience (or 5 years external + 2 years internal).
• Minimum of 5 years of campaign planning and management experience, including multi-component campaigns.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct supervisory or team management experience.
• Ability to develop comprehensive campaign strategies, manage staff, and use digital tools like Zoom, PurpleText, EveryAction, VAN Dialer.
