Mission
What you will drive
- Design and implement comprehensive organizing and affiliation plans in collaboration with Local Union Organizing Directors.
- Manage multi-component campaigns covering large geographic areas, industries, markets, or communities.
- Direct and manage campaign teams, including establishing structures, roles, and accountability systems.
- Oversee campaign budgets, data management, and digital strategies to achieve campaign goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 7 years of external labor organizing experience (or 5 years external + 2 years internal).
- Minimum of 5 years of campaign planning and management experience, including multi-component campaigns.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct supervisory or team management experience.
- Ability to develop comprehensive campaign strategies, manage staff, and use digital tools like Zoom, PurpleText, EveryAction, VAN Dialer.
