  • Lead customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture efforts for new opportunities.
  • Lead proposals and RFI responses, developing win themes and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance to shape product roadmap and secure contracts.

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense with 5+ years in Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success capturing space business within the DoW.
  • Experience leading USG captures and proposals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to travel up to 35%.
