Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and format high-stakes business proposals, RFPs, and internal documents to ensure brand consistency and visual clarity.
  • Transform technical public health data, evaluation findings, and strategic plans into visually engaging reports.
  • Create professional PowerPoint/Google Slides templates and custom presentations for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Support brand identity development, marketing collateral, and basic website updates within WordPress.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in consulting, agency, or public health environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Suite, and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, typography, and data visualization skills.
