Mission
What you will drive
- Manage grants operations including maintaining the grant database, processing applications, and conducting analyses to support grantmaking decisions.
- Draft donor communications and external materials while managing the EA Funds inbox and donor relationships.
- Track team workstreams, identify improvements, and lead projects to strengthen grant evaluation and reporting.
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate logistics, and support financial management and budget reconciliation.
