Project & Operations Manager

• Run the agile sprint cadence across major initiatives, including sprint planning, bi-weekly sprint meetings, and weekly team standups.
• Manage cross-project coordination and capacity, tracking team capacity and flagging competing deadlines.
• Drive critical project and convening logistics, including maintaining a nonprofit pipeline and coordinating in-person convening logistics.
• Anchor core operational functions: grants management tracking, HR operations, finance operations, and systems management.

This role enables Mindful Philanthropy to efficiently deploy capital and resources to high-impact initiatives, strengthening funder networks and aligning capital with strategic issue areas to drive positive social change.

• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Working fluency with agile project management (sprints, standups, backlogs, dependency management).
• Exceptional organization and follow-through, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Comfort with AI solutions (e.g., Claude.ai) and CRM tools like HubSpot; experience in nonprofit or mission-driven operations preferred.
