- Serve as a problem-solver and advocate for accounts, collaborating with internal teams to drive innovation.
- Analyze performance and identify growth levers to help sellers maximize their potential on the platform.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- University degree with at least 5 years of experience in Account Management, ideally with marketplace businesses.
- Professional command of German and English, able to negotiate in both languages at c-level.
- Proven experience in managing and growing accounts, driving performance improvements, and coordinating operational projects with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Tech and AI-first mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
