Seasonal Customer Programs Support Associate

• Provide email support for program applicants and participants
• Manage a trouble ticket queue from initial report to resolution
• Work with internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity

This role helps maintain grid reliability by supporting utility programs that enable higher penetration of renewable energy, contributing to a clean energy future.

• Experience in customer support and/or process management
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Outgoing and friendly personality for representing EnergyHub
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
