Salesforce Consultant - Agentforce

• Lead the definition and execution of the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap, identifying and prioritizing use cases for autonomous agents across business functions.
• Establish governance, security, and operational standards for Agentforce implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and responsible AI principles.
• Lead the configuration and deployment of autonomous Salesforce agents, defining agent actions, topics, instructions, guardrails, and escalation paths.
• Support testing, validation, and monitoring of agent performance and business outcomes, and drive AI proof-of-concept initiatives through to production.

This role directly supports the transition to net-zero by enabling smarter, AI-driven operations for the electricity transmission network, improving efficiency, safety, and customer service while reducing environmental impact.

• Significant experience in AI solution development and delivering AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions in a large organization.
• Significant experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Salesforce certified professional with multiple cloud implementations and experience designing enterprise customer and operational workflows on Salesforce.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership, with demonstrable experience in AI, Advanced Analytics, Intelligent Automation, or Data Science roles.
