  • Research the key agriculture and construction OEMs in Europe (e.g., AGCO, CNH Industrial, Claas, JCB, Volvo CE) and their electrification initiatives to identify potential opportunities.
  • Understand the megatrends driving off-road electrification, such as stricter emissions regulations, automation, and sustainability goals, and how Sensata positions itself against competitors.
  • Explore recent news about Sensata's growth in commercial equipment and any acquisitions or partnerships (like Dynapower) that expand their clean energy solutions.

Likely interview topics

Based on the job description, expect questions about:

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Submitting a generic sales resume without highlighting specific experience in off-road, agriculture, or construction equipment—this role requires industry-specific knowledge.
  • Failing to demonstrate technical understanding of sensors or power electronics; candidates who only talk about relationship selling without technical depth may be overlooked.
  • Ignoring the remote aspect and not showing ability to self-manage or travel extensively; employers want assurance you can thrive without daily office support.

No deadline is listed. Roles without a deadline usually close once the employer has enough candidates, so apply soon if you are interested.
