What you will drive
- Work with Sales regions to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate targets for revenue and gross margin.
- Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, reporting and data analysis for the company.
- Identify risks to revenue attainment including demand, product transitions, supply constraints, and logistics.
- Deliver weekly presentations to executive staff to report business performance and sales trends.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- B.Tech/Masterโs required with 10+ years experience in sales operations, supply chain, and business analytics, preferably in solar or high-tech industry.
- Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation; experience with QlikView, Tableau, Incorta, SQL, and SFDC preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
