What you will drive

  • Work with Sales regions to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate targets for revenue and gross margin.
  • Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, reporting and data analysis for the company.
  • Identify risks to revenue attainment including demand, product transitions, supply constraints, and logistics.
  • Deliver weekly presentations to executive staff to report business performance and sales trends.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • B.Tech/Masterโ€™s required with 10+ years experience in sales operations, supply chain, and business analytics, preferably in solar or high-tech industry.
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation; experience with QlikView, Tableau, Incorta, SQL, and SFDC preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
