Robotics Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and debug features for autonomous construction equipment
• Analyze robot performance to quantitatively prioritize bug fixes and performance upgrades
• Optimize controls systems for cycle time and accuracy
• Develop and maintain code quality standards and best practices

This role accelerates the transition to clean energy by automating repetitive tasks in the solar industry, bridging the workforce gap and enabling more efficient construction of solar infrastructure.

• BS or MS in computer science or related field
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with distributed systems

Starting annual base salary range: $120,000 to $175,000.
