What you will drive
- Build and manage new relationships with residential DER partners across North America to expand the virtual power plant network.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation, program launch, and ongoing account management.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to pitch Voltus as a complete solution for residential partners.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the energy industry.
- Experience at a residential DER OEM, DERMS, VPP platform, or demand response company strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills including data analysis and financial modeling.
