Job description
- Support mentors and mentees in SPAR, an AI safety research fellowship, through regular check-ins, project scoping, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct 1:1 chats with mentees and address their questions via Slack and email.
- Plan and deliver monthly events for mentors and mentees, including workshops and speaker sessions.
- Co-run Demo Day and contribute to key program decisions on recruiting, matching, and feedback systems.
