Job description

In this role, you will direct a comprehensive research portfolio focused on assessing the offensive cyber capabilities of frontier AI models.
Manage significant research budgets and personnel.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of policy researchers, engineers, and scientists to build systems that evaluate AI models across the full attack lifecycle.
Develop benchmarks for fully autonomous operations, including environments like CTF challenges and assessment of stealth capabilities.
Communicate evaluation findings through detailed technical analyses and policy briefs.
