Mission
What you will drive
Conduct legal research and analysis of pharmaceutical patent enforcement cases in Moldova or Morocco, including:
- Search national judicial registers and databases for patent litigation cases involving pharmaceutical products.
- Document search methodology, findings, and provide detailed case descriptions (1-3 pages per case).
- Deliver a final report (2-5 pages) summarizing research methodology and legal analysis.

This role supports the Solidarity Project's goal of improving access to affordable medicines in low- and middle-income countries by identifying legal barriers to generic competition, thereby reducing prices and improving public health outcomes.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Graduate degree in intellectual property law, law, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- Experience in legal research and analysis, particularly in intellectual property and patent law.
- Experience with IP litigation is a plus.
- Must be based in Moldova or Morocco.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation is provided in partial monthly payments for work completed, up to 8 days. Minimum 3 days if no cases found. Payment within 30 days of invoice.
