Reporting Analyst

• Own the full analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data acquisition, modeling, visualization, automation, governance, data accuracy, and enablement.
• Translate HR business questions into metrics, models, and intuitive reports that inform decisions on headcount, attrition, recruiting, payroll, performance, and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to prioritize a scalable roadmap of analytics products and automations.

This role enables data-driven decision-making in HR, improving workforce planning, diversity, and operational efficiency, which supports AECOM's ability to deliver sustainable infrastructure projects that benefit communities.

• 3 to 5 years in HR analytics or people data roles with end-to-end BI delivery.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX measures, relationships, aggregations, performance optimization).
• Strong SQL for data preparation, joins, and transformation at scale.
• Proficiency in Power Query (M) for complex shaping and incremental refresh patterns.
